The Blendwise Electronic Weighing System cuts costs on fiber consumption
by precisely weighing and blending the fibers for Automotive, Furniture
and Bedding products. It also improves the end product via better consistency
of blend.
The Blendwise Electronic Weighing Syste utilizes advanced features designed
to be extremely user-friendly, accurate and reliable. The intuitive graphics
on the screens make it easy to operate with less training required. And,
each screen has its own Help screen, which can be displayed in any one
of eight languages.
The Blendwise Retrofit was designed to be a “plug-in” replacement for our older PC-based system with all-new technology.

The Main Screen provides a wealth of information to the operator. Each feeder has its own information block displaying the current Setpoint, Mean (average) Weight, and Trip Weight. Simple graphics provide the operator with the following information:

Probably one of the most outstanding features of a BlendWise system is its twenty-four hour online support. With "Online" Support, qualified factory assistance is only a phone call away.

The Blendwise Electronic Weighing System has been thoughfully designed and built foreasy of use at all levels>
- Blend Recipes or Styles: Allows the user to set 25 different blend styles. Once set, the user can change blends (percentages of weight for same fiber types and machine location) in a matter of 2 – 5 seconds.
- Off the shelf parts: Each system’s design is based upon Allen-Bradley SLC 500 series PLC. Replacement parts are readily available which means very short downtimes in the event of a problem.
- Symbol based: The amount of text is kept to a minimum. Symbols are used to provide broader range of user understanding no matter the language.
- Help Screens: Each screen has a help function that details all symbols and graphics per screen. (Serves as a built in user manual.)
- Provides Trending: Has trending screens that can be viewed per individual machine to track Trip weight, Actual Weight, and Mean (Average) Weight.
