The new WISE Industries C12-24 Dust Collector incorporates reverse air bag cleaning with modular system design. This rugged, laser cut machine can be utilized to handle high air and material volumes with easy disposal, recycling, or classification of collected material. With the classification configuration, our clients return good, usable material back to the process line, and waste material to a final collection point.

C12-24 discharges the filtered air back into the plant, thus eliminating the need for costly make-up air. All moving parts for the unit are ay floor level, keeping your maintenance personnel on the floor to service the few moving parts on the machine. Even the bag tops can be configured to be lowered to the floor for cleaning or replacement.

With PLC integrated controls, the timing sequence for the cleaning cycles can be customized to meet the needs of your particular application. The machine's modular concept allows for future system expansion as your process filtration requirements increase.
