Wise Fiber Opener machinery is built with heavy steel construction and a direct drive system to provide greater productivity in the manufacture of all textile and nonwoven products such as home fashions, furniture, bedding, automotive, filtration, industrial fabrics, etc.

The Wise Fiber Opener System consists of the following modules:

• Blending and recycle – model PW-36
• Fine opening and recycle – model HWO-36
• Edge trim opening – model TR-12

Options: We offer the basic machine models and then each machine is custom-built to meet customer’s needs. All Wise Fiber Openers are manufactured in 6” increments to improve flexibility. The Fiber Opener safety system detects motor movement to prevent coast down situations.

The system includes automatic feed system, compressive batt feed, dual feed rolls, feed roll/feed plate, metallic wire wound for greater fine opening – pin lagged for recycling nonwoven products – spur tooth for blending or mixing fibers. Electrical control systems and electrical pre-wiring is available to reduce installation time.
